I stumbled on this tread by accident and really felt the need to post in hopes of helping someone out there. I am 57 and work at a desk all day. A couple of years ago, also having a nursing licence, I took on part time work in a nursing home. By the end of the day my feet were hurting so bad all I could do was go home and put them up.
