Is it really simple??? I shattered my pelvis back in 98. Three major surgerys, 14 pins and about twelve inches of strap holding it all in place. One year in a wheel chair. I have tried just about everything and in every combination. This is what works best for me: Tramadol and Gabapentin. I have been on these for over six years. I have tried to quit just to see if I really needed them. That was a mistake. overnight tramadol I have taken Tramadol for 4 years and it helps my pain quite a bit. I also however am physically dependent on it and have tried to not take it several times and just couldn't get through it. Then I started having more adverse events and was prescribed Risperdal and Gabapentin. The Risperdal was supposed to help with the negative thinking spiral I had been locked into (which is a reported side effect of Effexor and SSRI's and SNRI's as well). overnight tramadol No way was I going to resort to trying to get narcotics off the internet or beg them from Drs so a short time later I was back taking my small dosage of Tramadol - I had quit nursing again so I had no pain but living under a lot of family related stress and felt a need for the lift the Tramadol was giving me. PS: I am not a drug or rehab salesperson either.. I'm just a mess! The pain is better now than it was, but it doesn't get rid of me being tired.
